My 2001 Subaru Outback does not have this problem. If it sounds like you are dragging something, look under the car to see if you are dragging something. Take a look at the plastic fender liners to see if one of those has come loose and is in contact with a tire. There is no amount of written advice that can come close to just examining the car to see what is dragging.
