There is a reason why you didn't understand it! This isn't a grammatically correct coherent sentence, even the most fluent person wouldn't be able to understand this! Translating it loosely and changing around words to make sense it would say something like: I love you, and I hope you're feeling better.

To make it a more coherent sentence, one would say: Te amo y espero que te sientas mejor
