The turn signal switch is quite easy to remove and replace. The turn signal switch simply plugs in and plugs out.
A turn signal indicator can be replaced by first removing the burnt out light inside of the glass chassis. The new bulb will then be installed in the same fashion.
The Turn Signal Switch is bad in the column and needs to be replaced.
The turn signal relay switch on a 98 Plymouth Grand Voyager Van should be on the steering column. Every vehicle will come with a manual that assists the driver in locating all of the different parts.

if the fuse is good then check the relay/flasher then the switch on the side of the colum
Drivers side, under dash, mounted on the drivers side of the fuse panel.
The plastic is melted on the back of the light wear the two metal touches
it is on the fuse box in the car, it is a large black rectangular box ,highest one in fuse box.
You will have to remove the turn signal housing assembly, then turn it upside down and shake it till the remains of the old bub fall out. hope this helps
The body computer is the flasher. It is on the back side of the under dash fuse box

GET INTO THE TRUNK AND PULL DOWN THE CARPETING BY THE SIGNAL AND YOU WILL SEE THE BULBS JUST REMOVE AND REPLACE
