Yes,he should.It was just pure nasty and bullying thru the airwaves.
He prob doesn't even know the guy,but since he's always trying to get with Tulisa he prob thought it would be funny to add onto what she said.It was nasty,nasty,nasty on both of their parts. Her man should sue Twin B and 1xtra for his reputation being ruined.
