Both UCLA and USC offer excellent executive leadership programs. These are available through their business schools.
In my opinion it is Duke, or North Carolina, but Indiana and UCLA both have great programs and their is Kansas and Michigan State
The easiest way to transfer to UCLA is through one of the California Community College Honors Programs. These programs are part of the UCLA Transfer Alliance Program (http://tap.ucla.edu/). The Honors program requires you to take 5-6 classes which meet the IGETC requirements (www.assist.org). Once you complete the CCC Honors program you will receive priority admissions considerations. Granted that you keep a 3.0 or higher, your chances of being accepted are very high.
