All RV trailers are required to have the VIN: Displayed on the left front corner of the body. These labels peel off, fall off or fade away depending on f they are stickers or metal plates. Stamped into the frame on the front left of the trailer. You may have to crawl underneath with a rag and a flashlight to find it. Most RV trailers have a sheet of paper glued inside a cupboard that has the VIN and all Appliances listed on it.
Normally there is a tag on the road side of the camper giving you the specs on the camper - located at the front of the rv ... about 4"x 4" If it is not there then you will have to look up the vin number which is normally stamped on a plate along the road side tongue of the trailer.
The VIN number is on the right hand side (from front) of the trailer hitch support arm. If you stand in front of the hitch, follow the right hand side metal frame back towards the body of the trailer. At least on mine the VIN number is stamped on this arm in 1/2" high numbers and letters.
Yes it is a trailer and a camper
