Most Silver Eagles will be in uncirculated condition and can be bought for about $20-$25. Also in 1987, there were 904,732 Proof Silver Eagles struck at the US mint in San Francisco. These special collector coins can be bought for about $35-$45.

Please check again and post a new question. The US didn't print any $1 bills dated 1987 and the last silver certificates were dated 1957.
