To clear things up, that's DOLLAR, not "dollor" (just like it's spelled on the coin) and it's made of copper-nickel, not silver.
1978 Eisenhower dollars in average condition are not scarce. They retail between face value and $1.25 depending on condition. Uncirculated ones sell for 2 to 30 dollars depending on how well struck they are.
The 1981 Susan B. Anthony dollar was never made of silver and was not released for circulation so depending on condition it may be worth as much as $3.00
A 1978-D Eisenhower dollar has no silver in it and is only face value.
