Amy Otis Earhart was the MOTHER of Amelia Earhart. I do not know what her religious background was. The Father was Lutheran. You may be somewhat confused with Ruth Nichols, another Female pilot of the period, who was most definitely a Quaker and was involved in both the Relief Wings charity and later, Unicef.
