Yes, but brilliant. He would stay up for hours and hours on end without sleeping and when he got up in the morning he would sit on the edge of his bed for hours counting the days. He also stuck a big needle in his eye to figure out what's back there when he was trying to understand light and the eye. He was a vigorous theologian that would study The Bible to great extent and he thought the world was going to end in 1950 due to biblical revalation. Besides this behavior he also spent hours trying to disprove the Trinity and had a hoby of alchemy, turning lead into gold. Regardless, this shouldn't diminish his legacy on bit; he created calculas and was one of the world's greatest scientist's.
