Peter Petigrew is in the film Harry Potter & the Prizoner of Azikaban in which he has took the form of Ron Weasley's pet rat Scabbers! However he is not in the film Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire! Actually he is. He is played by Timothy Spall and is in the graveyard with Voldemort, Death Eaters, Harry and a dead Cedric.
