Yes he did, twice. His first wife Diana Spencer was a direct descentant of King Charles II (the grandson of James I of England.) They were distent cousins from that connection (Charles is a direct descentant of James)

Camilla is also a descendant of Charles II (from another child than the ancester of Diana.) However they may have a closer connection than that. Camilla's great-grandmother Alice Keppel was the mistress of King Edward VII (the great grandfaher of Charles) during the affair she gave birth to her daughter Sonia(the grandmother of Camilla) who some believe was the daughter of the King. If that is true then they would be half second cousins once removed.
