All cows give white milk, although the color may vary slightly depending on breed and diet. Chocolate milk is made by adding cocoa powder to cow milk.

However, it is amusing for farmers and others who are familiar with cattle to claim that black and white cows give white milk, brown cows give chocolate milk and red and white cows (red Holsteins, usually) give strawberry milk. It's a relatively easy way to figure out who actually knows cattle and who is not familar with the dairy industry (usually characterized as "city folk"). I would suppose that yellow-colored milk (usually a banana or vanilla flavored milk) could be claimed to come from tan-colored Jersey cows.

In reality, all milk from cows is essentially the same and the different colors and flavors are added to the white milk.

Why is dissolving hot chocolate powder in boiling water a example n of a physical change?

It is a physical change because the boiling water will turn into steam (process called gas), and in reverse it will turn into water again (process called condensation). It will be the same substance all the time

Is it correct to say that dissolving a packet of juice powder in water makes a new substance such as fruit punch so it must not be a physical change?

The change is a physical one because the powder is simply dissolving into the water, and it could be powdered again by removing the water again. The physical properties of the fruit punch are very different, but not a chemical change unless there is a new substance created or precipitated.

Why is melting of ice cream a physical change?

Chemical Change!Because when chocolate start out as just chocolate but when it melts it becomes a chemical because its just something to drink like water,Water is a chemical beause its just something to drink, but you don't actuly drink chocolate,it just becomes a chemical because it melts in to a liquid and all liquids are just becomes a solid,so Chocolate is a chemical when it melts because its just like water but chocolate isn't water its just like water because it melts into a chemical!

Is a chocolate changing from solid to liquid chemical change?

Of course not, it is not a chemical change. A chemical change includes the change in the molecular structure of something. For example, a burning paper turns into ashes after a while. This is a chemical change because you cannot return the ashes into paper again, hence, a change in its chemical structure happened. As another instance, a cube of ice melts into water--it is a physical change because you can always return it into an ice by freezing it, but don't expect it to have it in its original shape. A melting chocolate undergoes a physical change.

Is hot chocolate irreversible?

Hot chocolate is generally considered a reversible process in terms of its physical state. When you mix cocoa powder, sugar, and milk or water, the solid ingredients dissolve, creating a liquid beverage. If you cool the hot chocolate, it can solidify again, especially if it contains certain additives or if it crystallizes. However, the specific flavors and aromas may change, making the exact original mixture difficult to recreate.

When you melt chocolate you are changing a solid to a?

When you melt chocolate, you are changing a solid to a liquid. This process occurs as heat is applied, causing the cocoa solids and fats in the chocolate to break down and flow. The transformation is a physical change, meaning the chocolate can be solidified again by cooling it down.

Is melting chocolate reversable?

No, you can take the melted chocolate goo and pour it into a mold, cool it and re-form the candy bar. No, melting a chocolate bar is not an irreversible change. Melting a chocolate bar is just changing its state of matter. If you but the melted chocolate bar in a freezer, where exothermic processes will occur, and the chocolate bar will be solid again.

When ice melts is that a chemical change?

no because the change goes back again on the cooling process
