Asda is a UK-based supermarket chain owned by Wal-Mart. According to their FAQ web page (http://www.asda.jobs/faqs/index.html) you have to have reached "the minimum school leaving age" before Asda can consider hiring you. They aslo say that if you're not sure if you've reached the minimum school leaving age you should check with the People Manager at your nearest Asda store because there are regional variations in that age. Those who are under 18 cannot work as Checkout Colleagues, Bakery Colleagues, Home Shopping Drivers, Pharmacy Dispensers, HGV or Forklift Truck Drivers, in petrol stations, or on night shifts.
16+ for shelf filling / trolley pushing type jobs and 18+ to work on the checkouts or kiosk.
Yes you can, i got a job at checkouts when i was still 15. See if they have any vacancies going.
