∙ 14y agoIn Japan a Sushi (raw fish) dish called "Fugu" is sliced Puffer fish. To be able to prepare this fish you have to be trained by a master and be licenced. Eating Fugu which has been improperly prepared usually results in death within a few minutes.
Although it seems like a Japanese version of Russian roulette, apparently Fugu is a highly prized delicacy.
