There's no specific GPA to become a pediatric nurse. However most nursing schools require students to maintain a minimum GPA to be enrolled in a program. After you graduate from school and hired for a position is where you really specialize in a field.

There is no GPA requirement to become a pediatric nurse. However nursing schools require students to maintain a minimum GPA while in school. After graduation when you apply for jobs is where you specialize (in your case pediatrics). But most jobs don't require you to disclose your GPA from school.
