Jack has a sheath knife. All of Jack's tribe have wooden spears. Jack also employs the boulders on top of castle rock as offensive weapons and uses fire as a weapon which he employs to try and smoke Ralph out of his hiding place in the thicket.

He uses a spear type thing made from a stick that he carves off the end to make it sharp to wound the pigs.

He also uses his knife to stab the pigs when he's closer.

I'm pretty sure that's right :)

The real weapon is his ruthlessness / charismatic abilities. A physical weapon he uses is a knife (he is the only one on the island that posses one) and a spear, which he uses to hunt.
