different types of Pokemon like you can't get a dialga in pearl it is STEEL\dragon type and palkia is WATER\dragon type so maybe steel Pokemon may appear!

There you will be able to catch all 6 Pokemon you migrated, however you cannot migrate continuously. I believe its 24 hours between migrations.
