You should use a video editing program, not a website. Most browser-based video editing software is not up to par with the software built as applications on your computer.
you can use lots of video editing softwares out there, it doesn't matter what type of camera you have or software you use, i prefer: pinnacle, movie maker, or video wave. If you have a win xp, movie maker should already be on there.

You have to use Video Editing software to achieve that. You can basically cut them out of specific frames or just cut the whole frame out and through the video editing software, add them to other frames either in the same video or another video.
