It's not a simple answer. Fish like carps, tenches etc. eat vegetable scraps and almost all kinds of odds and ends; other like barbels, trouts etc. eat insects, maggots, grubs an so on; other like pikes, perchpikes etc. eatsmall fish, small frogs, tadpoles etc.; all listeddon't neglect any kind of spawnand roe.
