call ur local police and tell them all the info-they wont give ur name out or anything either..and theyll go inspect the place or housing and probably have someone check on that that place or house over a long period of time.

i think that a social care worker should report any forms of unsafe practice to their manager or co-ordinator so that they can report it to who ever needs to know about it, so it can be dealt with appropriately.

Talk to your line manager about the problem if possible someone senior in the organisation you can also follow whistle blowing policy if there is one or raise concern with CQC (Care Quality Commission.)

Document all the reports and keep a copy to him/herself. Send a copy of the reports to a higher official, higher than the one whom it is already reported. If all higher officials are not responding properly, inform to Police or District Collector or Mayor. Even after that if there is no response. Report it to the Media like NEWS Channels or Printing Press
