You do not have to be a certain age, but it is recommended you be 17 to play it. However, I am 13 and I do not think it is that bad. You must be 17 to buy the game, but an adult can buy it for you.
I've played through the game once or twice and there is only a mild bit of fantasy violence..
Maybe if your child is scared easily then try a different game, but, on the other hand Fable is a very enjoyable game for kids since the graphics are cartoony and there is a lot of comedic moments in the game! :)

No, children do not age into teenagers in Fable 3. Once your child reaches a certain age, they remain at that stage throughout the game.
No. Your child will remain at the age of about 9 or 10 forever. They cannot grow to adults and help in quests, they can't really do anything.
I would say as soon as he wants to.
They should be around 7 years old. It depends on what the child is interested in and how the parent is.
Well, there ain't really a specific age, but a good age is around 7 or 8.
The child should be mature enough to understand the correct uses of the robotic toy. Generally, a good age is 5 years of age or older.
Yes, you still age in Fable 2. You start out as a child, but as the storyline progresses, so do your life stages. Unlike Fable and Fable TLC, aging is now linked to the storyline instead of game hours.
Yes, children should be allowed to play with whatever they are comfortable playing with.
According to ratings the age should be 15, but it comes down to the parent's decision of whether the child is mature enough or not.
There is no legal age where a child is old enough to play outside by themselves in Texas. However, there should always be someone supervising a child when they are outside, even if they seem old enough to take care of themselves.
In my personal opinion a child should be at least 3 years of age to play with toy cars. so they don't swallow them. Unless of course the car is larger than he could fit in his mouth.
