If you are having issues getting your Airsoft JG SR25 gun to work properly, you should take it to the store you purchased it from, and have the examine it to make sure it is in good working order. The gun shop dealer would be the most knowledgable person, other than the manufacturer, to check with.

It really depends on the muzzle velocity (FPS), what the power source is (spring, gas, AEG), and what make/model the gun is.
A pump airsoft gun is a gun that has to be pumped every time before shooting. Ex. Airsoft shotgun

Ahh figure out what the problem part is than figure out how to take the gun apart and put it back together from YouTube, an airsoft forum, or from an airsoft website. Than buy the replacement part and put it in the gun. If the gun was bought for under $100 than you would be better off buying a new gun instead.
