Lorcin L22s are junk. The build quality is inconsistent to the point where the ideal ammo for one gun may be problematic for another. You'll have to experiment with various types of ammo to find the ideal type for your pistol. Remington Subsonic may be a good place to start.
We can't tell how far apart it has been disassembled. You will need to ask a gunsmith for help. It will not be the first time he has been asked to put a gun back together,

Tap the top of the clip with small hammer to close the gap where shell goes into it . Do a couple taps then test fire, repeat until it stops jamming lorcins are know for this problem and my neighbor was a gunsmith , he told me about this and I have had no issues since.

99 cents OK...no...recent sales on gun auction websites show the L25 to sell from anywhere starting at $40-$50 and I have seen one all black one go for $97, completed auction, reserve met, item sold. I have mine listed for $65 right now on an undisclosed site. Because it's pink. And I hate pink.
Any revolver. As for semi auto pistols, the 'Ring of Fire' guns (Lorcin, Raven, Jennings, Bryco, Jiminez, etc.) are designed to use cheap ammo. The Ruger pistols are pretty tolerant as far as ammo goes, as well.
