Think about a protractor for a minute. Straight up is 90 degrees, 45 degrees is half of that angle. You would be cutting all of the hair at 45 degrees to match the length of the hair just underneath it. Entire tutorials are found at below. It's not as hard as one might think. That is a pretty simple cut.
You start with the smallest guard on the clippers depending on the length of hair you want on the bottom of your head and cut up to whatever point on the head you want that length. Then go to the next size guard you want and do the same thing then repeat if you want a third length. Then you either use a larger guard on the top of the head or finger cut. Then you go back to the points where each length meets and blend the hair so there is not a line of different lengths.
That's one way of doing it. Another is to image a line going from earlobe to earlobe
You cut lawns diagonal so your grass looks nice and it makes your neighbors envious.
A Clipper Cut.
The uniform layered cut is simply a cut that is designed to create uniform lengths in the hair all over the head. (Meaning all hair is the same length) This is achieved by determining a starting length and cutting guides - usually at the perimeter of the hair (which is the hair that grows along the hairline all these guides to cut the hairs in the sections nearest them. Each time a new section is moved to, a portion of the previous section is used as a guide length to make sure that all the hair is cut to the same length. Please make sure you take the hair out at 90 degree angles in clean vertical strips moving up following the shape of the head
You cut it it isn't hard
Yes, trimmers are used to cut hair to a uniform short lenght, about 2 inches or shorter.

A layer hair cut is when your hair is cut in a style so that there are different lengths to the cut. The lengths tend to start around the ear and that would be the shortest length. Under than would be a longer length, and then a longer etc.
yes your layers will grow then just get them cut back in. or cut it and then layer it or cut it and wait for it to grow and then layer

The hair usually looks thinner after layering because large portions are cut layer by layer. Hair looks its fullest when it is one length.
Tie the top layer of hair into a ponytail, then cut. Voila! layers.
Layered hair normally refers to two to three sections of hair cut to a different length. The hair tends to be longest on the bottom layer and short on the top layer.
