You should avoid benadryl because of cumulative possible side effects (anticholinergic effects). Use another antihistaminic (second generation) like Reactine, Claritin, Aerius, etc.. instead of benadryl.

These effects might be tolerable if you're young and taking a low dose of Zoloft... but use something else if it's possible..

Yes.. but it isn't recommended.

Mixing chlorpheniramine maleate with pretty much an SSRI or SRNI medication will guarantee you a massive headache that lasts for hours.
