The 4 states of matter include:
Solids
Liquids
Gasses
and Plasma.
Solids are anything that you can pick up, touch and it wont fall apart. If you put it in a jar the shape won't be effected. E.g. Tables, Pencil ect. There atoms are extremely close together
Liquids are things that are tangible but if you try to pick it it will slip out of your hand. It will be effected in shape if it is put in a jar. E.g. Acid, Water, ect. There atoms form a ever moving chain.
Gasses are anything that is intangible, floats and is barely visible. There atoms float aimlessly around and will be effected if you put it in a jar. E.g. Oxygen, Hydrogen ect.

Solids, liquids, gases, plasmas, and Bose-Einstein condensates are all different states of matter.
There are 4 states of matter... Plasma Gas Liquid solid 2nd answer: . . . and Bose-Einstein condensates.
because
Solid, liquid, gas, plasma, bose-einstein condensate, liquid crystal, supersolid, superfluid, supercritical, ... If you look at the Wikipedia article on "states of matter", it will list about 17 different states of matter.
Energy is responsible for different states of matter!

sound is mainly caused by vibrating particles and matter consists of matter and the 3 states of matter are solids liqiuids and gasses and due to the way particles are spaced in the different states of matter we will have sounds travelling at different speeds as it crosses the different states of matter.
it depends on how much things matter to you
Well, the base of the Solid object, and what it is made with, and all of the Physical appearances have to do with it. Everything is different.
They are different states of matter.
change of state is when the different states of matter are changed into one another. states of matter are gas, liquid, plasma and solid.
"Type" is ambiguous in this context. Do you mean isotopes? Or do you mean states of matter? (Helium has some exotic states of matter.)Wikipedia states that there are 8 helium isotopes, to of them (3-He and 4-He) stable."Type" is ambiguous in this context. Do you mean isotopes? Yes! Gas, liquid, and solid are just different states of matter.
There are 4 states of matter not 3. These are: solids, liquids, gases and plasma.
The common states of matter are: solid, liquid, gas, plasma.
