Woodlice, Earthworms, slugs,Millepede's,micro-organismsI suggest you avoid slugs though due to them eating plants too and also the fact earthworms get too hot in the soil so end up climbing and pooing on the sides of the glass.

Woodlice are the best for aterrariumas they eat decomposing leaves and even eachother when the population gets too high but need a humid enviroment.
