If you're talking about the writing and the development of the story, there are not many strengths. The only thing Meyer really accomplished was grabbing the reader. She had lengthy descriptions that said nothing about the characters' personalities. Also, there is no real plot or foundation to the story. The only decently developed and dynamic character in the whole series is Leah Clearwater.
Bella Swan's strengths in the Twilight series include her resilience in facing dangerous situations, her selflessness in putting others before herself, and her loyalty to her loved ones. She also demonstrates courage and determination in fighting for what she believes in.
Bella's character is blank, so that any desired traits can be inserted into her by readers. In some ways this is a strength ,as it allows the audience to relate to her. Edward is too controlling and borderline abusive: he keeps Bella away from her friend Jacob, and gets mad when he has no right to.
Also, the writing has grammatical flaws.
