Cleopatra only had two achievements in her entire life. One was getting and keeping the throne of Egypt. Another was her acquisition of territory from Antony in exchange for her support in his war against Octavian.
It was Ricardo-Ras cardo- Scott, who first introduced the chinese culture to his trench town reggae creation in 1962 and again his- reggae opera in 1964. He did this by introducing his class mate- Geoffrey Chung, a Jamaican chinese whom he had come to know at the high school in Jamaica known as- St. Georges college. This was a jesuit run missionary school at the time. Ricardo( Ras cardo) took the musical creation to Geoffrey, who became so excited that he wanted to become a part of it, and so it was, Geoffrey became the first Chinese ever to record, play and produce reggae music in Jamaica and the world. What Ricardo started and passed on to Geoffrey created a chain of Chinese Jamaicans who are now a big part in the production, sale and distribution of reggae music worldwide. Those that follow are totally indebted to Geoffrey and to Ricardo for being the pioneers of this world music. Many of them are still not aware of this crucial history because they were never in trench town in the early sixties when Ricardo( ras cardo) created the genre. In fact, most of Jamaica did not know the music exists until Bob Marley broke it out to the world. Ricardo was also a friend and mentor to Bob Marley. He has the full detailed history of those trench town days and of reggae creation. He has been rightly called- REGGAE'S HIGHEST AUTHORITY TRUTHFULLY INFORMING THE DIASPORA. R.H.A.T.I.D. No one else has the full detailed history and archive that Ricardo( ras cardo) has.
