You have to have the first 29 parts to get the very last one, which is at The Final Trial.
First, get some blue Pikmin and take them to the bridge in the water. Start building it. Then take three yellow Pikmin and throw them onto the land to your right. Lead them up onto the big rock and throw them onto the ledge. Make Olimar go up the thing below that squirts you up to that area. Throw the yellow Pikmin up at the bombs and have each one take one. Be careful, as those are the only bombs you can get for now. Throw them all back down and set them off to the side.
Then take out ten red Pikmin. Throw them all onto the long path with the fire on it. Then take Olimar to the right of the long path, so he's in the water. Call the Pikmin. They will try to follow you, but since there is a wall they'll just run into it. Lead them down the path with the c stick until they get to the box. Press X and they'll start pushing it. Ignore them for now.
Go back to the blue Pikmin building the bridge. They will most likely be done. Use the yellow Pikmin with their bombs to blast down the wall. Start working on the next bridge.
When they are done, take all the Pikmin and start knocking down the last wall. The boss (Emperor Bulblax) will be there. You can wait until the next day if you're about the run out of time.
When you're ready to fight him, take out a lot of red Pikmin. About 50 will work. Go in and wake him up and start throwing them onto his cheeks. Watch out for his tongue.
Another way to fight him (which isn't recommended) destroy the wall behind him and there will be lots of bombs. Use yellow Pikmin to pick them up. He can eat them and get hurt a lot. Unfortunately, that way takes a lot of time. You should probably just keep throwing them on his cheeks, and if they all die, get more.

∙ 14y agoBasically, you can't waste time. You have to have many Pikmin at all times while defeating monsters and obtaining parts. If you lose Pikmin, you will have to get more and thus, you lose time. Time is of the essence, so work fast and diligently!
