All the camouflage patterns that appear in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater are:

Animal - obtained by defeating Ocelot non-lethally, steadies hands

Banana - obtained by beating every Snake vs. Monkey game with high score, makes every item taste good

Black - effective in the dark

Chocolate Chip - found in Graniny Gorki or Bolshaya Past South, effective in desert and mountain environments

Cold War - obtained by defeating Volgin non-lethally, enemies will not shoot you from the front

Fire - obtained by defeating The Fury non-lethally, reduces damage from explosions

Flecktarn - obtained by completing game, provides unlimited battery power

Fly - found in bathroom in Graniny Gorki, allows you to avoid being slashed by enemy's knife

GA-KO - found in Chyornyj Prud, allows wearer to hear Kerotans (replaced by Fruits in Snake Eater 3D)

Hornet Stripe - obtained by defeating The Pain non-lethally, makes hornets follow Snake

Leaf - effective in underbrush

M81 Woodland - good in forested areas

Moss - obtained by holding up The End, recharges stamina in sunlight

Naked - shirt off, stamina drops faster

Olive Drab - not much camouflage, except in Groznyj Grad and Shagohod hangar

Raindrop - found under the bridge, effective in rain

Snake - obtained by defeating The Boss non-lethally, provides ultimate cover

Sneaking Suit - found in Groznyj Grad locker, cuts damage in half and reduces stamina depletion

Snow - found before battle with The Pain, effective against white backgrounds

Spider - obtained by defeating The Fear non-lethally, raises camo index to 80%

Spirit - obtained by touching The Sorrow's corpse, silences footsteps

Splitter - found in Bolshaya Past South or Krasnogorje Mountaintop, effective in urban environments

Squares - effective against brown backgrounds

Tiger Stripe - effective in wooded and grassy areas

Tree Bark - effective when pressed against trees

Tuxedo - obtained by completing game, effective in dark environments

Water - found in Bolshaya Past Base, effective in water
