Is a potato annual biennial perennial?
They are annuals, they have to be replanted every year in the spring. They do not have the same properties like perennials do that make them perennials, especially in areas where the tubers are sensitive to very cold temperatures. Potatoes may be considered perennials in other parts of the world, but they are annuals in most parts.
