You can use combination of power of three herbal seeds. For that you have to take equal quantity of fenugeek seeds, carom or bishop's weed seeds, black onion seeds (Nigella sativa.) also known as kallongi seeds. Powder them and take the powder by small spoon (Teaspoon.) to the extent it can have. This should be used before breakfast and dinner. This was taken by my diabetic friend for many years. It brought his blood sugar level down. It was under control for many years. postprandial blood sugar was about 300 mg/dl (100 ml) and was not very high. These seeds are part of the diet and are extremely safe even in long term use. Indian blackberry seeds ( Jamun or jambhool.) are very commonly used seeds , in powder form for dibetes. (This plant must be containing many alkaloids. In leaves and other parts of the plants. Which may be used in various other diseases.)
