Specific Purpose: To inform my audience about the design of the Eiffel Tower.
Central Idea: The Eiffel Tower is divided into three sections.Main Points: I. The lowest section of the tower contains entrance, a gift shop, and a restaurant.
II. The middle section of the tower consists of stairs and elevators that lead to the top.
III. The top section of the tower includes an observation deck with a spectacular view of Paris.
Spatial order is A method of speech organization in which the main points follow a directional pattern.
Chronological Order is I a method of organization in which actions or events are presented as they occur (or occurred) in time.
Chronological means in order of when things happened. Spatial is some system based on where things are.

One way is to use a point-by-point structure where each paragraph focuses on a specific point of comparison between the two subjects. Another way is to use a subject-by-subject structure where each paragraph discusses all the details and aspects of one subject before moving on to the next subject.
If you were to describe a cat in order from head to tail, that would be spatial. I am not aware of a way to describe a cat chronologically. Chronological order is based on time (for example, describing a process in order from start to finish).
