Some people have "Shy Bladder Syndrome" and have trouble urinating in public lavatories or at home when people are around. In addition to this, our social cultures worldwide carry various manifestations of taboos against urination even though it is a vital function that allows us to get rid of poisonous salts in our blood that would otherwise kill us quite horribly. I personally think that the reason there is such a prejudice against urination is that it momentarily reminds people that we are all mortal and will someday die. So, instead of focusing on that, focus on the fact that it has not yet happened and you are alive - and once you've finished peeing, you can get back to the various and wonderful activities of living.
