Being enslaved means put in bondage in this case. Which bondage means the state of being under obligation, restraint, or captivity. Examples: Drugs, alcohol, and pronography. When these things have become addictive and you just can't shake lose of it them it becomes captivating and this all you know to do. You want to stop but can't. You have become in bound and enslaved to it.
