The noun Competence means holding possession of required skill, knowledge, qualification, or capacity. One competency could be how you use your resources. How you identify problems, organize thoughts and actions, and manage your time. Recourse could also include how you invest money; keep budgets, how well you work with others, how well you work alone, etc. Another could be how you obtain and gather your information and knowledge. How you interpret and process information is also important. Being a competent person is extremely useful in everyday life, in the workplace, and as a student.
