∙ 16y agoFrom the many books that I have read he was said to be a wonderful man who cared about his employees. He was always willing to have a little fun on the job but he also expected his workers to put forth their best effort. There was no room for slacking. However family was EXTREMElY important to him and they always took presidence over work.But was very grouchy as I was told by my friend who personally knew Walt , he was very cheap and if a penny was missing he took it out of ur pay check. Um... I also know someone who has been with the company for years. He atually worked for wALT. He said that he was the best boss that a person could ask for.
