If your CS3 MC is already installed and activated, the serial numbers will be in your online Adobe account you had to create in order to activate and register the programs. Go to the Adobe site, click / sign in to Your Account, then click on "View Product Registrations". All serial numbers from your programs will there. However.... If you didn't register all the programs in the MC, and don't have the information, the information will be in your email receipt. If you don't have that, you're going to have to call Adobe Customer Support - give them your Adobe Customer ID #. If you don't know it, you'll have to give them your online account information. Adobe has become pretty tight about giving serials over the phone, which is why they go to great lengths to ensure their customers have several options of accessing their numbers. Although my first version of Photoshop (4) I purchased in '98, I have serial #'s online going back to 2000, including my CS3 Master and all other suites and programs I've purchased over the years.
