I think some good achievements that I use are whether or not you obtained any type of certificate for attendance or if you ever got employee of the month/year. I don't have that many achievements, but it works for me. Another thing you can use would be awards or certificates from school, whether its high school or college it doesn't really matter. Those would work great.
