The answer is none really. The likelihood is that that person will still be growing, so a set bought for them may only last 3-5 years max. The best thing to do in a situation like that is to buy a good mid range set even ladies clubs for the younger player and allow them to grow out of those before they get their next set. If they are just picking up the game, a starter set is ideal, this can be a half set or even a full set which will include driver, woods, irons and putter, as well as bag etc. When they have fully grown their next set of irons will probably last them until they decide to change them.
