hydromorphine is my choice take 2 or three put under ur tongue and within 15 mins your whole body will be completely numb to anything. Experience: Got hit while walking by a SUV going 75 mph lucky to be alive but the pain makes me wish otherwise.

It depends on your pain and the lenth of time that you will have the pain. For example, if it's just a sprained ankle then flexaril or celebrex would work. If it's a broken arm, lortab or percocet may be your best choice. If you have pain that you'll have the rest of your life, it's best to be put on something that doesn't have any APAP in it so that you save your liver from becoming injured. Also, there are so many pain management drugs out there and so many ways that different bodies react to them that it is nearly impossible to tell you which one is the best because I have no idea why you want to use it or what kind of pain you have. If it is because you want to get high off the drugs and are an iv user then I'd recommend opana ir, if you don't use the needle then I'd say oxycodone ir(roxicodone). Now if you are a legitimate pain patient then I'd start with hydrocodone and work my way up from there because these drugs are no joke and will make your life miserable if abused but wil give you a good quality of life if used as directed. So I hope you understand that your question is hard to answer as there are many variables in the answer.
