The skeleton
The tissue that provides support and connects all of our body parts is called connective tissue. This tissue includes bone, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and adipose tissue, serving various functions such as structural support, cushioning, and binding tissues together.
An exoskeleton is a hard outer shell or protective covering found on the outside of certain animals, such as insects and crustaceans. It provides support and protection for the animal's body and organs.
Sclerenchyma cells are found in the hard or gritty parts of fruits and vegetables, providing structural support and protection to the plant. These cells have thick, lignified cell walls that make them strong and rigid.
The spinal column is a series small bones that helps support the body and surrounds the spinal cord which has nerve links from the cord to various parts of the body and leading back to the brain.
The skeletal system functions as both a rigid support structure to maintain the body's form as well as a protective structure for body parts such as the bones of the rib cage protecting the chest cavity, or the bones of the skull protecting the brain. Additionally, the skeletal system provides anchors without which the muscular system would be unable to produce movement, and contains bone marrow which is the site of the formation of new blood

The skeleton acts as a framework for the rest of the body. Without it, we would be somewhat like a bowl of jello.

The group of tissue with the two types, soft and hard tissue, is connective tissue. Loose connective tissue and fibrous connective tissue hold your body parts together.
There have been organisms from the beginning of time that have had hard parts on their body. This is described in creationism.
Skeletal system protects your body parts and your bodies.
Heart distributes oxygen to every living cell in your body, so it supports all parts of the body.
