instric Asthma is when you dont need an inhaler exinstric asthma is when you do need an inhaler Traditionally, doctors have divided asthma into two general categories, Extrinsic (allergic) asthma and Intrinsic (non-allergic) asthma, depending upon the types of stimuli that trigger attacks. Extrinsic asthma is caused by an immune system response to inhaled allergens such as pollen, animal dander or dust mite particles. An allergen (or an antigen) is a foreign particle that enters the body. The immune system over-reacts to these often harmless items, forming antibodies, which are normally used to attack viruses or bacteria. Intrinsic asthma is not allergy-related and is caused by anything except an allergy. It may be caused by inhalation of chemicals such as cigarette smoke or cleaning agents, taking aspirin, a chest infection, stress, laughter, exercise, cold air, food preservatives or a myriad of other factors. The terms intrinsic and extrinsic asthma have now been replaced by terms related to the asthma trigger, since the inflammatory response of the airways is the same independent of the cause of the asthma. What was known as extrinsic asthma is now called allergic asthma, while asthma triggered by non-allergic factors, formerly called intrinsic asthma, is separated into such categories as exercise-induced asthma and occupational (chemical- induced) asthma. Inhalers may be prescribed for both allergic asthma (extrinsic) and non-allergic asthma (intrinsic).

Extrinsic asthma is also known as allergic asthma, often seen in children and induced by a pollen of other irritant. Intrinsic asthma is much harder to treat as it's cause may be multifaceted.

Extrinsic is external; intrinsic is internal.

What is tha extrinsic and intrinsic semiconductors?

Intrinsic is inner or from inside and extrinsic is outer or from outside.

Difference between intrinsic and extrinsic feedback?

You can classify asthma as a chronic inflammatory disease of the bronchi (airways) in the body. Types of asthma include extrinsic and intrinsic. It is also classified according to the frequency and severity of symptoms.

Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are the two main categories of motivation. Intrinsic simply means internal while extrinsic means external motivation.

Answer this question… What is the different between intrinsic and extrinsic semiconductor

Extrinsic is not a property; a property may be extrinsic or intrinsic.

We can make extrinsic semiconductor by adding impurities into an intrinsic semiconductor.

intrinsic comes from within and extrinsic comes from elsewhere.

intrinsic semiconductor :semiconductors which are in its extremely pure form are known as intrinsic semiconductorexample : silicon, germaniumextrinsic semiconductor :when a small amount of doping is added to intrinsic semiconductor it becomes extrinsic semiconductor

intrinsic- do something because you love it extrinsic- do it for a reward e.g. money, fame, medals

Intrinsic semiconductor is the pure form of semiconductor. Semiconductor after doping is called Extrinsic semiconductor.

The difference between intrinsic and extrinsic sugars is that intrinsic sugars are sugars that occur naturally in the cellular structure of food while extrinsic sugars are added or are free in food. Intrinsic sugars are mostly found in fruits and vegetables. Extrinsic sugars are divided into milk sugars or lactose and non milk extrinsic sugars which are added sugar and honey. - Intrinsic motivation is your own personal motivation that comes from inside you. It is self motivation personal gain, satisfaction, or enjoyment. Extrinsic motivation is from external sources, money, coercion, fame, fortune, recognition. - Extrinsic is external; intrinsic is internal Intrinsic is inner or from inside and extrinsic is outer or from outside

the main difference between extrinsic and intrinsic semiconductor is of resistivity. intrinsic semi conductor is pure semi cndctor with no doping while extrinsic semi cnductr z a doped one.

Hypoglossal or the twelfth cranial nerve innervates the intrinsic and extrinsic muscles of the tongue.

Intrinsic - A perfect semiconductor (ex: silicon) crystal with no impurities or lattice defects is called an intrinsic semiconductorExtrinsic - an extrinsic material is achieved by introducing impurities into the intrinsic material described above, such as doping silicon with boron atoms, such that the equilibrium carrier concentrations are different from the intrinsic carrier concentration.

Intrinsic materials are found within an area. Extrinsic materials do not exist within, and must be located outside of the area.

The opposite of extrinsic (external, unessential) would be intrinsic (innate, inherent, or essential).

Asthma is generally classified to 2 types: Extrinsic Asthma and Intrinsic Asthma. Extrinsic asthma develops when the affected people are exposed to surroundings containing various allergens. These people appear perfectly healthy otherwise. Intinsic asthma is generally not a result of an allergic reaction to any kind of allergens. It occurs because of a disease of the lung (like bronchial infection) that may have existed for a long time but may not have been detected. **Xox, Smartiiz.**

•Intrinsic-Both origin and insertion-contained in a particular region•Extrinsic-Acts upon a designated region,-Origin is elsewhere
