Mainland territories in the Caribbean are countries that belong to the Caribbean, but are on the Central and South American continents such as Suriname, Guyana, French Guiana and Belize.

Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, and all other countries on South America are NOT part of the Caribbean.
