It depends a lot on condition. In very good condition with the graphics still intact this item should be valued at somewhere in the range of $40 to $70 and in excellent condition and to the right collector it could bring a $100.
Like anything else, you have a range that will fit ANY income. Say $50 to as much as a $1,000 a box. There is still allot of quality 'gars out there for around $120 a box.
There can be a "collector" value involved. most of the time a cigar shop will sell empty boxes for a couple of dollars a piece on the cardboard ones, 4-$5 for the nice wood ones.
Nothing, unless the cigars are still inside.
Depends on the label, condition etc.

I have a cigar box full of Chesterfield Stamps. Are still valid, or are they worth something? My guess is they are at least 20 years old.
I collect old full boxes of cigars and have quite a few. There are not that many people who collect them, but there are a few. Unless it is an exceptional box for some reason, or particularly old, the general range for something like this is $35 - $150. It would need to be seen in a few photos to get a better idea.
