A solution is a homogeneous mixture.
The enzymes are organic compounds generally of biochemical interst. They are not colloids or solutions, but they can exist in solution or colloidal form.
Colloids are neither homogeneous nor heterogeneous. They are kind of intermediate and are a separate group themselves.

Colloids are stuck between heterogeneous and homogeneous mixture. So you can't say that it is a heterogeneous or homogeneous. It is both.
