Reticulocytosis is a condition where there is an increase in reticulocytes. It is commonly seen in Anemia. A reticulocyte is an immature red blood cell that appears especially during regeneration of lost blood.

As I found that on reading some texts in internet, Reticulocytes are the red cells that have been grownup & they are ready for replacing with old red cells.

Wrong:

Reticuloctes are immature red blood cells. They are produced in red bone marrow and realeased in the blood where they are immature for about a day before becoming erythrocytes (reb blood cells)
