∙ 16y agoI have been taking lexapro and Adderall together for years now and they seem to be a very good combination for me. Adderall still has its side effects, but no more (effects) than when taken with lexapro. Have you ever taken either drug before?

I am taking it and can report decreased sex drive, slight weight gain but on balance my daily headache is gone and I get less frequent migraine attacks - on starting the medication I remember very bad headache and stomach upset but that settled after about a week .... but everyone is different.. good luck
